Date: 3th April - 6th April, 4 days 3 nights
3th April morning private coach transport from Wan Chai to Zhuhai Sunshine City Hotel
6th April afternoon private coach transport from Zhuhai to HK Wan Chai

Place: Zhuhai (nearby Airport)
Costs: HKD2300 per person
(include round trip transport of HK-Zhuhai, hotel room, breakfast, 6 x pre-set lunch and dinner meal at hotel, 1 x round trip transport of hotel-Zhuhai City last night)

Training schedule will cover long bike, run, core, nutritution, scretching.

Capacity: 24 persons

Enrollment deadline at 12nd March Fri 23:59.

The training camp will be focus on bike and run and planned and lead by Kenneth and Kenji.
