3-6 April: Sonic Zhuhai Training Camp
About 15 of us done a 4 days of training in the remote Zhuhai during the Easter holiday. We have done 7 sections of training from Sunrise to Sunset, totally cross train with sleeping, running, eating, cycling, stretching, circuit training and a lot of jokes! A well balance between quality, quantity, and fun. It's the best Sonic Training Camp so far, and good chance to stay away from technology for a few days.

Susana Campuzano and Chistina Lee ranked 1st and 2nd for ladies.

9 May: Age-Group Triathlon
This season opener back to Plover Cove for OD, Sprint and Fun distance triathlon, I was absent from the race due to the work commitment but reading the start list and result there should have lot of new faces debut in the local triathlon scene, good to see that. For the down side, looks like our Sonic blue was not so much dominating the race courses from all the pictures pop up on my facebook. Am I reading that correctly?

Nevertheless, our men in the field done a very good job, I see a lot of great result consider this hilly course and humid weather, keep on Tri-ing the HK Triathlon in October will be super.

Visit www.titantriathlon.com for detail, it's on 8th July!

Happening in TriA aka Tri-HK
To remind everyone, HKTriA is now "Tri-HK" with new logo effective on triathlon.com.hk
